It offers Players the opportunity to place Bets on the outcome of lotteries, and to play Instant Win Games. To place a Bet or play an Instant Win Game, you must first register on the Web Site and create a Player Account (and provide certain details for this purpose). myLotto24 may refuse to complete such registration for any reason. (See Section A3.) You must be at least 18 years old and meet other eligibility criteria to open a Player Account and use the Web Site. (See Section A3.) We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may only have one Player Account at any one time. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Player Account. (See Section A4.) Subject to certain limitations, myLotto24 may set monetary limits on the operation of Player Accounts, including limits on minimum and maximum deposit amounts.
