Limitation of Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme. 8. Amendment - We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9.
